Q? I DON'T SEE THE TYPE OF LABEL I NEED ON THE ONLINE QUOTE SCREEN; WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

We have more than 4,000 different sizes to choose from including ovals, circles round-corner-rectangles, starbursts and more. If you don’t see the exact size or material you need, contact us. Q? WHEN CAN I HAVE MY LABELS?

A.

Under normal circumstances, your labels will ship within 7 to 10 business days after you approve the artwork. If you absolutely must have them right away, an order can be expedited for a nominal fee.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Q? I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL I GET MY PROOF?

A.

One of our helpful customer service representatives will email you a PDF proof with approval instructions. One of the advantages of digital printing, is that you can also see a proof that was printed on the press. They can then be hand applied directly to your product so that you can see exactly what the finished product will look like. Q? WHAT KIND OF FILES CAN I UPLOAD

Q? I LOST MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

A.

On the login screen, click on the Forgot Password? link, type in your email address associated to your account and your password will be sent to that email address. Q? HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

A.

Your account is created once you place an online order and your password is emailed to you. If you are an existing customer, please contact us and we will provide you a user name and password to manage both your online orders and orders that you have called in.

Contact us and customer service will provide you your user ID.
